Attendance Policy Guidelines

1. The minimum attendance requirements for students are as follows:

  • The students must attend at least 75% of the total hours required by the programs.

2. The consequences for students who do not meet the minimum attendance requirements listed above are as follows:

  • Failure of completing the programs
  • The certificates or diplomas are not granted to the students

3. The process by which students must report an absence is as follows:

  • The students must call or email the instructors before the classes begin if they are not able to attend
  • Absenteeism for longer than four (4) consecutive days without informing the school and provision of a doctor’s note may result in dismissal.
